Over the rain shortened weekend at TCSA Classic Cup, the U13 Gold Girls overcame extreme heat and humidity to finish as finalists. With Saturday weather shortening and canceling the tournament, the U13 Girls had to play two matches before the final on Sunday. In the morning match, they beat Fusion (WI) 1-0 on a great corner kick and volley finish. In the afternoon match against TCSA Premier (IL) they drew 1-1 and just earned enough points to move onto the final.

 

In the final the Campton girls got a rematch against their first opponent of the weekend. Being there 3rd game of the day, the girls battled tough, but just ran out of gas falling in the final 0-2 to TCSA Victory Storm. 

 

It was a great weekend and Coach Crystal is very proud of the girls. Well done girls!
