  2. Movement Prep: A critical component to prehab or avoiding injury. We will utilize ladders, hurdles, mini-bands and other equipment and simple yet oft-ignored movements like skipping and bounding. Focusing on landing correctly, preventing knee valgus and posture.
  3. Plyometrics: An extension of movement prep, this will utilize activation of for the movements intended for the rest of the session.
  4. Medicine Ball: Explosion and core activation that will transfer to the field.
  5. Strength-Power: We will utilize resistance, both via load (weight), bodyweight, TRX-Bands and Exercise Bands to increase the players’ speed, power and explosiveness.
  6. Movement Skills: We will try to incorporate as much soccer ball work as possible. This will be explained in the programming, but we will focus on one of four directional outputs in this: Linear, Lateral, Multi-Directional and All Movement Planes.
  7. Energy Systems Development: A highly demanding cardio component, this will include circuits and might include Tabata and other methods.
