The 2000 USYS Campton United Girls defeated Eclipse Select in the Illinois State Cup Championship.  In a rematch of the previous years final Campton won 1-0  when Hailey Rydberg scored a goal from 22 yards out to win it for Campton.  The team will earn the right to represent Illinois in the 2017 Region 2 Championships in Sioux Falls South Dakota next June.
