The week of Oct 21st, Campton United had the opportunity to experience both Northern Illinois Men and Women play for the first time under the new lights at NIU.
As a club, this was yet another great opportunity to continue building relationships at the next level. It was also a chance for our players to watch a more physical, challenging and competitive soccer match. Watching soccer matches on TV, and at the professional level, are always beneficial. However, watching players that are 18, 19 and 20 years of age helps us relate to possibilities down the road, if our players continue to push their development.
Both coaches Eric Luzzi and John Ross, from the Men's and Women's program, respectively, can't stop speaking highly enough about the atmosphere on Tuesday and Friday, along with "THANKING" Campton United for helping make both events unforgettable nights!
