The U12 navy girls finished as Runner Up at the Jefferson Cup in Richmond Virginia March 17-18.   The girls competed in the Championship 11v11 division against several other of the top U12 girls teams on the East Coast.  The girls won group games against Tri State Football from Southern Ohio, FC Europa from Eastern Pennsylvania, and Northport Elite from New York.

The Championship game saw them fall short to FC World Class from New York losing 0-3 against an excellent team.  Coach Brian was extremely happy for the chance to compete against good compettion early in the year.  "This is our 6th team in the club this year to get games in before the spring season starts.  We believe this will give a us good start on the spring season and help us to prepare the kids for state cup and other competitions."
